PS on Tuesday 24th

This morning I quite forgot to mention something I was very pleased about:  John has finished the new boxes he's been working on in his shed, for outside our front door, and planted the two olive trees [2010 presents from Annie] in them:


They replaced these which had fallen quite to pieces:



I think they look very nice either side of the door.

    I'm chuffed with them myself, Annie, also how well the olives have recovered after I neglected them so during the new build! Keeping fingers crossed they'll produce fruit this year ...
