Our monthly walk yesterday ....

..... was lovely, perfect weather for walking if you're well wrapped up as we were, crisply cold with a little bit of sunshine coming through now and again and just a few thin snowflakes floating down in between.  And we saw a kestrel a couple of times!

11 of us gathered for lunch at the Ferrers' Arms and I made a pig of myself by eating a three-course meal [but then made up for it by only eating an apple for supper!]
