Wednesday, 6.7.11 evening

Having had fights with connection to the internet and losing nearly all of them I'm trying again at night, nearly 10 o'clock.

I'm well aware that there was a serious omission in my Wednesday's entry so far, NO duckling pictures.  I shall put some in now or Annie will tell me off!  By the way, she has painted her first duckling picture, isn't it great?   
She's now busy on the second, of the mini Campbell.

When we returned from dinner service today we found all 10 cuddled up and fast asleep on a sunny patch next to the sun lounge door, like this [this photo was taken later in the afternoon when they were there again]:

They must have been keeping a close eye on the builders working, from the outside it looked like this:

The peace and quiet didn't last very long, as soon as they heard us they went CHEEP CHEEP CHEEP, WE'RE HUNGRY!

 

You may notice the state of the floor ................. I wash and disinfect it about three times a day.  Roll on the shed and proper duck bedding and less work for me!
