Because I know there are several of you kind people worrying about Taffy the same as we are I went to take some photos of her just now:
She went on the attack straight away, which pleased me no end. Half of the pellets we put into the hut for her had been eaten as well, we'll see if we can re-fill the dish this afternoon.

Doc Det from the German Duck Forum has just written me a note to suggest we inject some in water dissolved Flubenol directly into her throat, to make sure she gets the right dosage. I thought this was an excellent idea, but I have to buy disposable syringes first, we don't have them in the house. I never thought of that, I'm useless with medical matters.

Very glad to hear Taffy is hanging on in there. Smiling a little at the thought of you trying to hold an enraged runner duck and force medicine down her neck... :-)
