I've been doing a great deal of chopping down branches and other growth in the front garden, so as to make it possible to walk by the fence and also mow along there. John very kindly shredded today what I'd chopped:
As I had the camera on me I thought it was high time I caught up with some duck photos. First I went to see Dotty [whom I made very happy a little later throwing her worms uncovered during winter aconite planting], and then the 16 at the big pond. They didn't know which way to turn in their efforts to get out of my and the camera's way:
They're still having a great time poking around in the mud!
